Summer Shape Up


Quick workout today...

Warm Up
10 min on elliptical

Pec Fly
5 sets of 10 @ 30 lbs

Chest Press
3 sets of 10 @ 30 lbs
2 sets of 10 @ 15 lbs
alternating

Compound Row
5 sets of 10 @ 35 lbs

Pulldown
5 sets of 10 @ 50 lbs

My arms were DEAD after today... this is my weakest area!

Good workout though :)
Looking forward to spending the rest of my night with B and my family.
